Story:
Babes in
Arms is a classic musical aged back from Broadway’s
1930’s. Filled with charm and noted for its
timelessness, this light-hearted and fun musical is the
original “Hey-kids-let’s put-on a- show” production.
The musical showcases a group of teenagers, children of
out of work vaudevillians, as they stage a show to keep
from being sent to a work farm. Their boss promises they
can put on the show. When he backs out, the group
defiantly decides to continue without him, perform in a
barn, and surprisingly, to an audience including a
famous director.
